Hi Mar13 and welcome to Sam the Casino Man. I agree that the play through could be lowered by maybe 5x to 30 x however they are within reason of all online casinos and they can be trusted. When becoming a regular player at Vegas Regal you may wish to skip the bonus all together and simply play with your original deposit. This way you are not bound by any of the limits set by a bonus.

Regarding the max cash out rule ( I believe it is $2,000 ) every 24 hours. The way I look at it is this. Vegas Regal pays you winnings alot faster than many other online casinos out there. Usually in about 3 days. Some casinos take 7-10 days to even process your winnings. So if you win $10,000 you can wait 10 days or you can receive $2,000 a day which will pay you your total winning in 5 days less than the other guys.

Some casinos will limit their cash outs only as a protection as well. Many casinos get huge winners and simply cannot afford to payout such a large sum at the same time. At least with Vegas Regal you know your winnings are on the way.

About play through, we do have some low play through bonuses, but they tend to be lower %. About Cash out limits we do plan on increasing those, but it will take time for us to allocate all the resources we need to have both higher cash out limits as well as even faster payouts (we plan on bringing payout time to 24 hours or less). Again, it will take time, but we are planning it because you guys and gals deserve it!
